Cass Sunstein, a legal scholar at Harvard Law School, was singled out by Obama to head the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. The agency deals with privacy of information issues. Today, Cuss Sunstein vote took place in the Senate – with a 63 to 35 vote majority, Senate chose to end the debate on Sustein, which now makes his confirmation for the position more probable.
Sunstein is believed by many to be the next "Van Jones." Fox News host Glen Beck played a role in the firing of Van Jones, the advisor on "green job" development selected by Obama. Many believe Beck will now try to interfere with the nomination of Sunstein.
The Senate will hold an up-or-down vote on the nomination later this week. Republicans voting for cloture: Sen. Robert Bennett (R-Utah), Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), Sen. Judd Gregg (R-N.H.), Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), Sen. Richard Lugar (R-Ind.), Sen. Olympia Snowe (R-Maine). Democrats voting against: Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.), Sen. James Webb (D-Va.).

Wow! I can't believe that this article actually states that Van Jones was fired and that Glenn Beck had a role in that firing.

Van Jones resigned...Glenn Beck and certainly Obama did not fire him. Sunstein is an educated idiot just like Jones, althought I don't think he is a racist!!!
