Caylee Anthony, the young girl who was suspected to have been killed by her mother, Casey Anthony, had her autopsy report revealed to the public today. The biggest claim is the use of duct tape on the child's skull and face before her body began to decompose

The report still does not say how she died.

Investigators found “an almost complete skeleton of a young child with only multiple small bones missing. The missing bones include small bones from the wrists and hands, as well as fingers and ankle, hyoid and patella,” according to the report.

The report also stated that there were no drugs in the little girl's system at the time of her death.

Her mother is currently awaiting trial, which has been tentatively set for October 12. She has pleaded not guilty.

Caylee Anthony went missing on June 15 2008, but her mother did not report her disappearance until July 15, 2008. Skeletal remains of the little girl's body was found on December 11, 2008. She was only two and a half years old.
