NOTE: The author's comment below was in response to an obvious "psy ops" agent's contention on my blog site (http://NowPublic.com/scrivener) that the U.S. government's cellular "torture towers" are designed for "surveillance," and are not capable of mass destruction against entire populations. As my comment states, that is yet another BIG LIE.
The comment would not post to my blog site for several minutes. When I began writing this, the comment appeared to go through.
And then, I could not get this item to post to the "Notes" section of my Facebook page -- the page went dead when I attempted to import this note. After a delay of several minutes, I finally was able to copy this note into the Facebook web form. It long has been apparent to this veteran journalist that all of my telecommunications are being surveilled in real time, and often maliciously altered or censored, by U.S. government "information systems" defense contractor operatives -- who apparently are under orders to "censor at will" whenever possible.
So I must conclude that perhaps THIS is the singular fact that a multi-agency fusion center- based shadow governmen is desperately trying to cover up:
America's nationwide microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon "torture tower" grid (first exposed at NowPublic.com/scrivener in December 2009) is a potential WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION...
...sited in EVERY neighborhood, and along every highway, in America...
...and throughout the industrialized world -- because other nations are using the same system to persecute, subjugate, or slow-kill those that their militaries, intelligence agencies and secret services deem to be "dissidents," undesirables, or "enemies of the state."
Here is the comment that the government's "information systems" censors sat on for several minutes before allowing to post -- for your consideration:
Bull. Your psy ops are lame. The torture towers can take out entire populations, or select targeted individuals. Your use of the word "surveillance" is a subterfuge for torture and slow-kill assassination.
This domestic weapon system would be the perfect vehicle for a "false flag operation" -- the taking out of an entire geographical area's population, putting them under, giving the populace the symptoms of stroke or impairment, for instance -- and then claiming it is a "terrorist attack" on the United States.
And thus, the justification for martial law and a round-up of "dissidents" and/or other suspected "terrorists" or "enemies of the state."
Unless this weapon system is totally exposed for what it is, it's likely that some reactionary elements will try to do exactly that.
I wouldn't be surprised if the plans already have been drawn up, if only in some security-mil-intel Dr. Strangelove's sick head.

Attempted comment to Politico.com "On Media" blog. Will it post only to the spoofed, coutnerfeit Polico.com to which my gov't operative hacked and tampered with connection has been re-directed? Or will "information systems" censors actually allow it to post to the real Politico in a "catch and release" operation?

You think all of this is new? The technology is more advanced, allowing an expansion of the target footprint, but it's the same agencies and commands doing the same kind of nastiness, and worse, that was going on in the Nixon-Watergate days of the early 1970s... rendering moot the electoral process and the judicial system. Woodward and Bernstein exposed some of the symptoms. The root evil was never excised. It only has grown.
Read John Loftus' book, "The Secret War Against the Jews." And add to the mix all intellectuals, free thinkers, aggressive journalists, supporters of liberal causes, recreational drug users, homos, etc. -- and you've got the targets of Gestapo USA.
It's the Eloi versus the Morlocks, and the Eloi are still naive, singing "kumbayah." Only when the American Eloi learn to resist will all Americans enjoy the liberties they thought they had been guaranteed by the Constitution.
There are two sets of Americans: One set is hard-wired to actually believe what they were taught in school about the three branches of government, constitutional rights, civilian rule over the military, etc.
And then there are those who are hard-wired to believe that humans cannot be trusted with freedom, and must be controlled, lest their "animal instincts" lead them astray.
It is the authoritarians who are the real animals, the betrayers of free will and human liberty, the notion that all men (and women) are created equal, and have certain inalienable rights. The extreme right does not believe that. They are elitists and supremacists. And those genotypes appear to be running our military, security and intel agencies and commands, along with their hard-right allies in corporate America.
They are the ones who need to be kept in check -- those who would destroy American values in their calculated power grab being perpetrated under the guise of "keeping America safe."
And the local police are their pawns. These federal programs, this cell tower- mounted microwave radio frequency death ray directed energy weapon system, has turned good cops into war criminals -- because apparently, the feds very cleverly require the locals to "sign off" on their slow-kill torture disguised as "surveillance."
And, frighteningly, some of the locals, the sadists, the sociopaths, the mediocrities and the miscreants, are all too willing to become the pawns, the hitmen, of an evil regime.

Why should 60 minutes ask the POTUS such a nonsensical question? The biggest of the many lies in your article is that the cell towers are of US Government origin.
The fact is they are owned by over 180 private telecommunications companies. Since each company has its own technical staff, engineers, etc, that is an incredible number of mouths to keep shut, and on top of that the land they are on is as often as not leased from a second private party!
Vic Livingston's "accounts" are filled with disinformation such as this which will only serve to discredit the innocent who will repeat it as factual, and his own portrayal as a foolish, dishonest, paranoid "targeted individual" will contribute to the perception these crimes are mere delusions by nutters.
By his own admission Vic was summarily banned from posting priviledges at Politico.com for numerous repeated violations of their TOS. It's laughable he claims he's being censored, if he was we wouldn't be reading his lies right now. There is no "man in the middle", all his articles AND comments at NowPublic remain untouched for 2 years.
Sad to say, I might add.

Start by reading U.S. Patent No. 7629918, held by Raytheon, for the "Multifunctional Microwave Radio Frequency Directed Energy Weapon." Look at up on Google, or freepatentsonline.com, or another patents site.
PS -- You suck at your job. Tell your team leader at the constitution-shredding "information systems" defense contractor cyber unit that I said so.

Kevin, thanks for that ! I like your attitude and knowledge on this issue. Some who write on these blog sites seem content to make up technologies that don't exist, and technical terminology no engineer has ever heard of_like there in some sci-fi movie.
I wish you well with your book. What we need is political and media awareness so this issue can get pushed into mainstream public awareness. Legal implication and legislative changes to deal with it. As long as the government uses 'national security' as a reason to keep the courts from taking legal action, or any human rights groups from getting specific materials released on it's details and existence. I won't happen anytime soon.
These technologies there using on you can be defeated or jammed. I've posted several times on different 'Scrivener' blogs about this. I would suggest you go to the sites referenced below. The person who runs it is an expert in these technologies and there uses. He can help you if you want. G/L ! 1

DISINFO ALERT: Real victims of extrajudicial targeting, persecution and microwave/radio frequency torture, beware: in my opinion, the "Lone Star" sites, along with "Kevin Canada," appear to be disinformation sites intended to misinform you and to compound your torment. Hiding under metallic blankets won't help you and will only increase the psychological torment, which appears to be the intent of these posters.
Any intelligent person can see through the lame psy ops that is posted here by the same cast of soul-less, sadistic drones, using various assumed names. Mind control? The torture matrix seeks to destroy minds, not just control them. As for jamming, scalar electromagnetic waves can pass through the ground, through buildings, through most any kind of shield that a layman could fabricate. Maybe the NSA building is protected from scalar waves with its copper cladding, but "home remedies" cannot defeat this advanced technology. Only political action, assisted by the quiet efforts of the good people on the inside, can do that.

I have long ago effectively shielded against their electronic attacks.
*They* know that I have, but yet *they* carry on, directing the drones that *they* control.
The money for the "domestic surveillance" program was voted in last year by congress, if it is again renewed, *we the victims* are in for another year of assaults by controlled groups of stupid people.

I agree. These cell tower mounted weapons can kill 1000s of people at once!! It is going to happen!! As soon as the riots start from the complete destruction of America´s economy, The feds are going to fry 1000s and 1000000s of people!!! People need to wake up and fight this right away!!! Its easy too, if the towers and their weapons, actually just the ADS radars can be taken down.

I do believe I have stumbled onto the tin-foil hat society. I believe this chapter is led by Scrivener. And I know he's gonna make some big deal about how I "work for the government" or that I "am a psy ops operative that's making him look bad!" So, I will just come right out and say it. I don't work for the government, unless you consider Civil Air Patrol (a volunteer organization.) a government operation. Are you Scriv in disguise? The police never told me to protect my self from anything. And since your wondering, no I am not getting hit with skull piercing gamma waves because the only place that produces those is outer space and nuclear explosions. And from space isn't enough to do any damage at all. And I'm pretty sure the world would know if some country was setting off nukes.
