Margarita Island, Nueva Esparta State, Venezuela. During the Summit held today at Manaos, Brazilian President Luis Igancio Lula da Silva blamed rich nations for the world financial crisis. Lula urged all American political parties to pass over the campaign calculations and take a quick decision to halt the financial crisis. On the other hand, Venezuelan Presidnet Hugo Chavez, blamed the neo liberal policies for the current fianancial turmoil.
