Looks like this dictador is close to his end, the question is: Will Cuba open his regime and became a democracy or will still being ruled as a communist dictadure by Castro's brother?

If castro what a wonderful idea to write a story of your own on your perception of the situation. This is just a story on the state visit of President Chavez to Cuba. It slighly refers to Brazilian President visit on January 2008 though.
