I WAS AT WORK ON FRIDAY MORNING AND HER FRIENDS WERE OUT EARLY PASSING OUT FLIERS, I PRAYED THAT SHE WOULD COME HOME SAFE, AND I JUST WAS AT PALOMAR CAMPUS IN SAN MARCOS AND THERE WERE PEOPLE WITH LETTERED HOODIES PLEADING FOR HER TO COME HOME SAFE, I CANNOT BE ALONE WITH MY IDEA FOR SEX OFFENDERS TO BE HELD LONGER OR EVEN INDEFINITELY, BUT NO WE FILL OUR PRISONS WITH TAX EVADERS AND DRUG DEALERS INSTEAD.

I FEEL THAT ACONVICTED SEX OFFENDER OFTHIS NATURE SHOULD BE CASTERATED, (BALLS AND ALL) THEN THEY WONT HAVE THE DESIRE OR THE MEANS TO RAPE A YOUNG GIRL.

totally agree with Ron. as long as the system keeps releasing people like this to make room for nonviolent offenders like drugs etc, this kind of stuff is going to keep happening. its the sad but real truth

Sounds nice Ron, to hold Sex Offenders longer or even indefinitely but how do you propose to accomplish/pay for this? What I find very interesting is that that loudest voices for this are also the loudest voices in calling for lower taxes. Also, what about the sex offenders whose offense have nothing to do with children, like the person that got drunk and urinated in public? Or the 20 year old guy with the 17 year old girlfriend? Or the guy that walks around nude in his home? Or the teens that have sexted? or the ten year old spanking another kid on the butt at recess? Or the guy who has been falsely accused of sexually abusing his kids by a very bitter and vindictive ex-wife?Look, its time to pay the piper. The Registry is overloaded as politicos do what they can to look 'tough' on sex offenders and now just glancing at a kid may get someone on the list. By overloading the registry there are too many offenders to monitor, and not enough money to do it right because no one wants to pay taxes, so offenders are being released from prison because of budget cuts.
