Chimney Collapse Injures Firefighters

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two firefighters were injured early Thursday as they battled flames in an east side home.

The fire inside a vacant duplex on Burt Street started shortly after 1:30 a.m., 10TV's TinoRamos reported.

Two firefighters were trapped inside the home when the chimney started to collapse, ColumbusFire Battalion Chief Doug Smith said.
