China's Role in The Economic Crisis.

I have to disagree that China holds all the aces. China was in dire financial troubles, before they came toward changing to an American style of living.  China was not used because of cheap labor.....it is because there are so many people...that anyone can fill in to do the job, at low wages. That is the downfall of China...because they can't establish a healthy high goods table, because no one can afford to pay to get those goods. China's population is killing itself and it's chances to the real claim to economic development and prosperity. With so many people in need to develop;  China has more of a chance to collapse, than what has happened in the USA. It has succeeded in helping collapse America, while it lies. It is on the same falling collapse.... coming next.

Real Estate prices are a good example. China bases its Real Estate prices on the cost of cheap labor. It still has to pay International Prices for material goods, in building those buildings...The fact is the resources continue to escalate in price, yet the labor pay-out tends to give lower and lower wages to the people....so they are trapped.

Contractors are only allowed about a 10% to 13% profit level...as this burden is placed on China banks to pay out. China handles it, because of so many people using their banks...but in a real world case where there is no injustice and plenty of jobs, and the population is held in check at say a healthy 500 million, how can China go on with its shenanagins? It can't. The paltry profits the rich contractors get in profits still makes them richer than the peasants as they become the minority wealthy elite inside China. Just like the same scenario as in the US. They continue to control things.

China is lying big time to itself. More and more cars and people gobbling up resources that get higher and higher in cost...is not sustainable. It is true because that is why they shut out Americans to operate in China markets. They can not afford the cost of American products, or take the risk of handing over such lumps of money to America inside China, because it would disrupt their control of things in having people remain in poverty with its lies that China is prospering.

China's huge population is killing it's chances toward real successful development and future prosperity. They have maxed out...while giving the lie they give us....by being silent on the real story.

The stimulus package I think is a bunch of BS here in China and the US. The most is that they have given money to dig ditches, and implant big water pipes, and building roads and bridges.  Mid Autumn Festivial is approaching and the price of Mooncake is quite high. I have seen the lies coming from the only English station in China. CCTV-9 English channel is telling everyone how cheap mooncake is this year. One mooncake costs 8.50 rmb...a little over the US dollar exchange rate...Yet the years prior; with me living here the cost was 2-3 rmb per mooncake...  This tells me they are in trouble seeking money, because the government stimulus package is a bunch of BS. Some people will benefit, but many will go without mooncakes this year.

Obama put the tariff taxes on China tires coming into the USA as I predicted. Of course the Chineses are screaming foul and protectionism. But who is really and has always been playing protectionism? China has. The only business that is allowed in China from the US are the food restaurants, like KFC, McDonalds, and Pizza Hut. Everyone knows Walmart is really a Chinese store with an American name...So I consider Walmart a China store. KFC, McDon, and P. Hut are Chinese because they bought the franchise, they hire chinese to work in those stores, and of course we know who eats there. The chinsese do. So really there are no American or Foreign run businesses that are allowed to operate in Protectionist China.

I say the tire decision by Obama is really an environmental concern. ..not an economic protectionist plan. And really the limits on it are small indeed. ..if you consider the amount of money closed out to Americans to operate any kind of business in China.

I have been trying to help my wife open her own restaurant in China to sell noodles, and talk about a bunch headaches....and my wife is chinese. They have special police who patrol the city, who would not let my wife setup a table outside near the sidewalk. Instead they want the place to look junky. It is really small too boot. She only has about 20 meters to have a max of 4 customers to come inside to eat....Yet next door is a closed down room with about 40 more unused meters....that no one uses...except the rats and spiders....and you think they would let my wife have the opportunity to use that space too?  No....they come up with their BS.....and it remains unuseable.

I have also come up with a very unique way to cook roast duck, and it is very delicious...They do not know my cooking secrets. But they put up so many road blocks to prevent me from setting up my own roast duck shop. They say I have to spend a lot of money to get a license....yet I see people working and selling roast ducks in their markets with no license's and in the dirtiest and unsanitary conditions.... No one bothers them because they have black hair, brown cat eyes, and speak Bai Hua.

The harmonious society is only for people who have their own businesses, cars, and guangxi. The rest of us are impediments, and people who get in their way....as they steal from the poor in the hope that they move away from them.

Forget about getting a government job in China if you are a foreigner. Forget it...because you are a laowei...and alien."And the US government have no problem employing Chinese citizens? Heard about Qian Xuesen? He was a US Citizen who was arrested by the US government because of his ethnicity. Expunged, he became Father of China's ballistic missiles. Read about it, the US has no case against him. Heck he is alive and kicking in China right now.US the land of the free? Rather a land enslaved by corporates with consumerism. Every one is encouraged to go beyond their means to consume: eat some more when you're full, buy some more when you are broke, loan some more when you are penniless. Everyone is overweight, physically and financially bankrupt. US citizens are cash cows to corporates, and the government is merely their front, reelected now and then to create an illusion of freedom of choice (Coke or Sprite?) and reestablish internal balance.All your accusation of China I agree with. But no government is the model for another. The real "war", if you will, here is the one between the peoples of the world and their respective governments. World peace is only possible after most of us understood the parasitical nature of governments. I say "most of us" because tyranny is an enlightened few forcing itself upon the masses. Communism failed, Democracy failed for this reason alone.You claim to be a teacher. Teach. Create more enlightened individuals. That is our only hope.

America was unable to export to China..because Chinese could not afford to pay the price for their goods....which is used to pay US worker salaries. Certainly the only way forward was to get Chinese working....to export goods to the USA... This caused the pollution, and with China's huge work force proved the only way forward was to have low wages paid. Certainly Americans can not pay high prices for Chinese goods,  in supporting their Worker Salaries.. That given China out numbers America population wise....and is why America is unable to out do a billion consuming people...

Have you thought about the fact that nobody wants American goods? The Japanese don't want it, the Germans don't want it. Why I don't want it myself. Let's face it, American products suck. The only strong point the US has is its mighty military and IT industry. Now the American doesn't want to sell weapons and super computers to China, for good reasons too. China is forced to buy up American debts to balance out the trade deficit. Japan is doing that as well. The incompetence of US manufacture sector, the crazy expansion of its financial sector in encouraging consumption to boost the economy, are the cause of the current meltdown. And there is an environmental angle, too. Every American creates four times more waste than every Chinese. Efficiency wise, Americans aren't productive, just more wasteful. Department stores and office buildings keep the lights and air con on after opening hours. Now the Americans would be doing the world a favor by implementing some kind of birth control program. I know -- not possible in the current excuse of a democracy.
