Chinese envoy rules out possibility of Pakistan-India war
The Chinese ambassador in Islamabad said Saturday that there is no possibility of war between nuclear-armed South Asian archrivals, Pakistan and India.
China’s Ambassador to Pakistan Luo Zhaohui said here on Saturday there is no possibility of war between India and Pakistan.
Talking to media after a ceremony held at the meteorological office for supplying weather forecast equipments to Pakistan, Chinese envoy said both countries should resolve their differences peacefully.
Zhaohui said Pakistan and China enjoyed cordial relations and there are number of agreements on development projects being implemented.
Speaking at the occasion, Secretary Defence, Lieutenant (Rtd) General Syed Athar Ali said Pakistan is at the forefront on the war against terror and committed to it.
He emphasized that his country needed global assistance to improve its ability and performance on the war against terror.
