Christine O'Donnell Threatens WDEL's Rick Jensen Show With Lawsuit, Over Video Taped Interview

Christine O'Donnell is not doing herself any favors especially during her bid for as Senator for Delaware.  She demanded radio station WDEL and the Rick Jensen Show turn over the video tape of interview she had on the local a.m. radio station.

It is common for radio stations to video tape their interviews and post them on their web site but it is not common for politicians to be upset about this.

Apparently, no one asked the O'Donnell campaign for permission to video tape Christine O'Donnell.

At the conclusion of the interview, a representative from the campaign who had been in the broadcast studio with O'Donnell asked that the video be turned over to the campaign and not released. He stated that the videotaping had not been approved by the O'Donnell campaign.

O'Donnell also told show host Rick Jensen that she would sue the radio station if the video was released.

O'Donnell's campaign manager, Matt Moran, called WDEL and demanded that the video be immediately turned over to the campaign and destroyed. Moran threatened to "crush WDEL" with a lawsuit if the station didn't comply.

WDEL did not comply and ultimately the O'Donnell campaign realized they had made a mistake and WDEL was within its rights to post the video interview of O'Donnell. The lawyer for the O'Donnell campaign reportedly apologized to WDEL.

Christine O'Donnell is the Tea Party backed Senate candidate for Delaware. She is trailing Democratic opponent, Chris Coons.

Why don't you take a look at the spelling and grammar in this posting? Radion? I think you meant radio. Here's your first paragraph (with my brackets around errors): Christine O'Donnell is not doing herself any favors especially when she [demand] [radion] station WDEL and the Rick Jensen Show [quash?] the video tape of a radio interview. It is common [from] radio stations to [video tape] their interviews and post them on their web site but it [us] common for politicians to be upset about this. Is English your first language?

These tea party people are parrots and the things they squawk out without the slightest understanding are frightening.    Just imagine the worst case scenario of some of them getting elected. they would be deep in the pocket of the worst robber barons alive today after about 13 hours. this interview proves without a doubt that this one is no more then someones tool already. The nonsense lines dredged up from karl rove working bushes mouth are so old "they've go whiskers" already. not one original line in her whole stupid q&a.
