Circumcision "test" not helping Pakistan to identify Indian spies

How does unavailability of barbers in Waziristan and other tribal areas prevent Pakistani intelligence agencies from identifying "Indian" spies? Blame it or "circumcision" evidence -  or the lack of it..!. This is because neither hospitals nor barbers are available in Waziristan tribal regions, many people in those areas doest not undergo circumcision which is mandatory for Muslim males.

ISLAMABAD: In the past, jubilant Pakistani authorities have announced that foreign (read Indian) agents were involved in explosions and attacks in the restive Swat region based on examination of the corpses of the killed attackers.

But the “acid test” cops and officials used to determine whether any of the dead ones was Indian was to check whether the man had been circumcised. If not, they would summarily dub him Hindu and therefore an Indian agent. But as more such cases showed up, in places where there was not a ghost of a chance of any Indian involvement, doctors and officials began to worry about the methodology. It’s then that they stumbled on a little-known anthropological fact about Pashtun tribes in Waziristan, from where many of the Tehreek-e-Taliban or Pakistani Taliban come.

on the serious note, expecting someone coming from India to Pakistan and doing the despoisble one off job is flawed.. one can always find the hired guns with money or propoganda.

any spymaster will stay hidden and use the political or religious termoil covertly by employing local people who might not even know the motives and identity of a person.

Pakistani and Indian authorities are still following the 1980s Indian movie plots where Amjad Khan the ultimate villian will have helecopers , boats and hidden bases and hundreds of minions and Lieutenants but will be dumb enough to go and plant the bomb on Heros car of shoot someone in the house himself.

Indian Augthorities even go a step further once the terrorists are found dead or alive, who have  supposedly crossed the border illegally , the other items in additon to weapons include Pakistani pasports and IDs , Pakistani currencies and mobile phones with numbers of ISI for a good measure to leave no doubt.

I am sure the Pakistani law enforcement agencies will follow suit and now the "Indian Spies" will have personal letter written by Manmohan Sign, signed photograph by Sonia Gandhi, Indian cash and ID and a cinima ticket of Bollywood hit movie show in Dehil
