Clinton in Egypt for Gaza Aid Conference

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has landed in Egypt for a donor conference expected to raise nearly $3 billion towards rebuilding Gaza.
Saudi Arabia has already promised $1 billion, and the EU has promised over $500 million, all with the stipulation that none of the money aids, or is managed by, Hamas.
Clinton is expected to offer $900 million at Monday's meeting to raise money for the territory following Israel's military offensive earlier this year. The Palestinian Authority says it needs to raise $2.8 billion to reconstruct Gaza.
Clinton has said no U.S. money will be transferred to Hamas, which was not invited to the donors' conference.
