Banur (Mera Chandigarh): One pretext of Universal Elementary Education scheme sponsored by World Bank in India under name Sarv Shikha Abhiyaan (SSA) it hard to report that adjoining village of Tricity Chandigarh, a Primary school located at Buddanpur village (Punjab) was officially declared close for want of Teacher.
