Deloris Melton was last seen in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina on April 15, 1994. People last saw her at a bar called "High Tides." Her family does not believe she left voluntarily as she had family, a fairly good job, a son, a nice place to live and money in the bank, untouched since her disappearance. Foul play is suspected.
