LaRose, Also Known As Jihad Jane or Fatima LaRose, Indicted for Conspiracy to Provide Material Support to Terrorists

Colleen LaRose from Pennsylvania, was indicted today for conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, for receiving and accepting an order to kill a Swedish citizen, and for lying to a government official and attempted identity theft.

CNN reports that she was arrested last October 15, but no arraignment date has been set as of this time. She is currently being held at the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia.

LaRose was not alone in her plan however. She worked with five others, who have not been indicted to recruit men on the Internet:

"to wage violent jihad in South Asia and Europe, and recruited women on the Internet who had passports and the ability to travel to and around Europe in support of violent jihad," according to a Justice Department statement.

It is believed that LaRose and the five others used the Internet as a tool to establish relationships with men around the world and develop their plans of martyrdom, collect funds for terrorists, and solicit passports for the purpose of avoiding travel restrictions all in the name of 'waging violent jihad.'

It is thought that she agreed to conduct the murder of a Swedish citizen and stole a passport to do so as:

"her appearance and American citizenship would help her blend in while carrying out her plans.

She did travel to Europe and tracked her target online as she tried to complete her task.

If she is convicted at a later date then she could receive a life sentence in prison and a $1 million fine.

Good luck collecting that 1 million dollar fine, I hear prison pays like $5,00 a day for inmate labour, so if we calculate her life sentence by 5 bucks a day, the second coming will be here and she will still owe 2 million dollars, and that is just the interest.

Your math is better nor mine, so i won't argue with your figures.

The fine does guarantee that should she ever be released, she will be broke forever - unless some wealthy terrorist supporter decides to foot the bill.
