The FBI has released photos of a "person of interest" they would like to speak to about a pipe bomb that was found on April 20, 2011, the 12th anniversary of the Columbine shootings.

A pipe bomb and a propane tank were found in a Southwest Plaza Mall, about two miles from Columbine High School.

The FBI has released images of the man they are looking for in connection with the Columbine Anniversary incident.  Authorities insist that the man is a person of interest and not a suspect.

He is described as an older male with gray hair and mustache, wearing a dark cap, a shirt with gray and white horizontal stripes, dark jacket, blue jeans, and dark shoes.

Law enforcement officials have stated they are not sure if the incident was connected to the Columbine anniversary. They say that they not identified a possible motive.

Here is a photo of the Columbine Pipe Bomb Person of Interest. The FBI is asking people with information about the person in the photo to contact the Jeffco Tip Line at 303-271-5615.
