The family of a British couple arrested in Turkey on suspicion of having fake bank notes are worried about the pair.

Steven and Mandy Bonnington from Hucknall, Nottinghamshire, were held in the holiday resort of Altinkum after trying to change some money on Sunday.

They are being held in two separate prisons while investigations are carried out, a spokesman from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office said.

Family members have flown out to look after the couple's two children.

One of Mrs Bonnington's four sisters, Angela Needham, 42 , said: "The family know they are 100% innocent. We just want to get the kids home. We want to get all of them home. It's heart-rending.
