On Continued Organized Terrorism EMP Weapons Assaults

Story on continued EMP weapons assaults by crime families:

Today, over 2900 days these crime families as noted below, directly involved in illegally interrogatively threatening myself, and taking all have continued in EMP weapons assaults as well.

To begin with Ewan Cameron was head of the American Psychiatry
Association. He operated with Hoover, Bush, Hitler, and these other
crime families with electromagnetic, microwave, nanotechnology,
chemical, military weapons direct to the body via satellite to
implants and to the body's electromagnetic imprint which surrounds the
body. These weapons manipulate the electromagnetics around the body
and can minutely deliver chemicals and radiation. These weapons have
been around since prior to WWII and were used at that time, but with
much less publicity. He operated out of University of Delaware and
Edgewood Arsenal. They took him to court while they continue in these
crimes. The Meyers crime family married into the Reilly side of Ruth
Nickle, Susans mother.

Ewan Cameron worked in these electromagnetic weaponry, using radiation
and chemicals and worked out of University of Delaware and Edgewood
Arsenal, with the CIA worldwide, with Bush, Hoover, Hitler, the Meyers
crime family and Genovese crime family.

The current APA Director resigned in 2008 because of the torture
taking place on millions of Americans and people worldwide and
psychiatry being used by these criminals to cover up their crimes. The
psychiatrists, including in Delaware are being indicted for deaths and
'drug trials' while most of the deaths are part of weapons abuse. The
Delaware Health and Human Services Director during this was
investigated for cover up of murder and psychiatry crimes.

A few crime families are operating all radiation, over 50,000 supposed
'studies' daily taking place using the CIA, military weapons, agents,
gangs, and out of all colleges, radiation labs, the energy department,
and they control private psychiatry as well.

“The demonstration of the European victims against the abuse of
psychophysical weapons in the German city of Ettlingen took place in
front of the building where an international conference for
"Non-lethal Weapons" was being held . This conference took place from
11th to 13th May, 2009.

For the past 20 years many innocent citizens have been constantly
subjected to physical and mental torture, inflicted upon them by the
use of electromagnetic weapons, causing them great distress and pain.
These appalling weapons are implemented together with the use of
special cameras through the citizens' own walls and windows . In many
cases these psycho-physical weapons have resulted in death. Weapons of
this type have long been developing and have never been subjected to
any form of legal control whatsoever . Psychophysical weapons
influence both the body, mind and psyche of a person, resulting in the
disturbance of the thought process, of the emotional state and
behaviour but also causing damage to health and, in some cases,
leading to cardiac arrest. These weapons are used covertly and from a
distance, thus enabling the perpetrators of the military and the
secret services to torture and kill people without any restrictions
and going unnoticed by any witness.

We demonstrated for the second time in Ettlingen against the abuse of
psychophysical weapons on innocent citizens. We printed leaflets in
three languages for our demonstration and had accordingly written
posters in advance.”

They are using these weapons on the whole public, just like they are
using them in Iraq, with over 50,000 ongoing radiation, microwave,
nanotechnology, assaults on the public daily out of all of these
areas; military, colleges with grants for military and nanotechnology
weapons, labs, arsenals, energy department, gangs and individuals
hired nearby persons homes as CIA, NSA, FBI.

Many people do not recognize the symptoms or that of incidents to the
body as microwave weapons. On the other hand, on some people they used
and have been using extreme chemicals and radiation. There were
thousands of cases brought to court and thrown out by corrupt judges
later indicted. These crime families get the money from it anyway.

They Meyers crime family is in all nanotechnology, microwave
radiation, labs, colleges, energy department, psychiatry, and using
Health and Human Services to commit acts on people to cover up their
crimes and claiming that Health and Human Services is the 'oversight'
for radiation. They are committing illegal acts on all families,
children, and persons with this radiation.

Bush, Meyers, Genovese crime families are operating all these things
themselves with investments.

Second, like in other countries, they used "9-11" and "state
emergency" to have the military, Senators, Governors, judges withhold
all law which is illegal and against Nurenberg Codes, International
Laws, and the International Criminal Court. According to the courts
and laws, all persons are responsible for not following the law,
regardless of state emergency and it is illegal to have agencies,
agents, FBI, CIA, not follow the law based on 'state emergency.'

Since 9-11, they have fired enmasse those who would not help in crime
and have indicted thousands of agents, FBI, CIA, including the deputy
director. Over 18 judges alone were indicted in 2008 for bribery, for
following orders based on falsified information given to them, for
racketeering, pedophilia, trafficking with children based on lies
against parents. The people indicted for following orders rather than
right law are in order as follows and were all over the country
already during their irreparable harm the first go round from 2000 to
2009: Military heads, foreign agents, gangs used in the military,
Governors, Senators, Mayors, police chiefs, police taking orders from
Mayors, military, CIA within police, and FBI to prevent citizens from
getting help from other crimes committed. The National Security
agents, CIA, FBI also were indicted after being told to commit crimes
and not follow law based on ideologies, falsified data, and for "9-11."

The Bush torture memos are out, having used the CIA and which
continues to be an issue. The notices that Bush agreed to use of
radiation is also public knowledge. Anything that is public knowledge
is allowable in the court of law for protection by victims. Yet, they
continue in crimes on millions of Americans and us.

These are crime families who use any criminal they can and then indict
them taking the money all the way to the courts. They claim and have
been claiming these weapons are for 'study' and then claim they are
for 'population control' and then make all sorts of other claims that
they are for military protection and defense, that they are for CIA
operations on people for 'mind control.' They are simply criminals
running weapons whenever they can. Since they are running the
investments in psychiatry, and in all state agencies, they then
attempt to use and cover up their crimes as psychiatry.

Congress told the judges, the FBI, the military, Senators to not
follow law based on "9-11" and "state emergency" and all other
agencies.

The economic destruction seen is from having all commit crime, theft
of all government agencies as well and then indicting them. Medicaid,
Elderly homes where they used criminal agents killing the elderly and
taking their goods; using attorneys to bring corporations bankrupt;
even the treasury was totally robbed.

Using the explosion at the towers was the excuse for these crime
families to run organized terrorism and microwave, EMP weapons which
is behind all other things, as well as the fact that these same crime
families own the drug stores, and are using all agencies to run drugs,
then indicting the agents, and taking the money as well.

They are running all gangs, agents, people in crime by total satellite.

With that said, the Meyers crime family, with the Genovese crime
family, and another criminal, Dee Arpino, of the Arpino crime family
premeditated the upcoming organized terrorism, EMP weapons assaults on
us. They have continued for over 2900 days with gross radiation,
theft, extortion of all money, terrorism, threats.

Arpino, acting out of UD, with the Meyers crime family, illegally
interrogatively questioned and threatened myself with my son and had
already been involved in the use of microwave assaults on us with the
Genovese crime family and set up drug dealers two doors down who were
all arrested along with those they got involved.

Arpino threatened me that they were going to get this terrorism, hate
crimes, all money, all intellectual things from me, and do whatever it
took including using fake psychiatry and agents, state employees
illegally to commit these crimes. She threatened that I would be
possibly taken by [CIA] out of empty store buildings, I would be
railroaded into prison, questioned me over religions and told me she
hated Jews, as my Grandmother (Davis) was related directly to Queen
Elizabeth, and prior to King David, and they considered Ewan Cameron
(who wasn't) to be Jewish; she threatened me over Jews not getting
vaccines and knew she was behind my son getting tainted vaccines and
passing out, having to go to the emergency room; she questioned me
over chemical corporations in Delaware; they used military gangs and
skinheads, DEA, ATF, for assaults on me outwardly; they threatened to
blow me up and upon any attempts at going to an attorney. They kept
John in memory loss, knowing he had documented 'chemical' problems
from 1991 which they are behind and Genovese called him at work,
Genovese owned and operated loan companies, to take cash advances for
over a year at a time and while near death, threatened me with
psychiatry by defamation and illegal acts, and forced me to sign new
mortgages to cover these loans he had no memory of.

They used radiation and chemicals to over 150 times any 'felt' level,
and used nerve gases in the body and through the body and terrorized,
threatening each day using agents purposely to terrorize as it is
organized. They continue with microwave weapons assaults and Meyers
involved in the crimes. They have taken all money and cost us to pay
over twice the amount for our mortgage, interferring with home buying
to begin with. The rest of the case will be sent to you, and which
will be filed. Already, it was filed with an affidavit and photos of
the implants, and radiation from an investigator, sent to the
International Criminal Court investigator while they continue illegal
spying, radiation, and acts that are illegal. While all knew of their
crimes and I reported them, all involved continued acting just by
'orders' to commit more crimes.

I have on video, the implants, the radiation and in photos which will
be in court. All involved in helping in the crimes and blocking law
will be amended as defendants if anything else happens to me. They
continue with illegal spying, having taken all from us, and radiation
at present, and using state employees in their crimes. These state
employees are aware of the illegalities under Bush, and these crimes
having taken place.

Enclosed is video of their radiation, photos, and the implants. Below
is the torture memos and that Bush allowed these crime families and
military and agents, the CIA to use microwave, radiation, on the
public and for torture on individuals as threatened and done to myself
(and John to after 2007, but still victim of them).

The District Attorney was also notified by mail.

Throughout these crimes, they arrested many involved including in the accident fraud rings, mortgage and loan fraud indictments brought, those operating with the Genovse crime family and others while the attorney general is acting illgegally by denying rights to complaints. Anytime there are people involved in crime, citizens have the right under the attorney general to file complaints. Instead they have continued to increase their crime.

The Delaware state police were informed of Arpino, Meyers, Genovese
attempted kidnapping, threats, extortion, weapons assaults, and crimes
to present along with the FBI while these agencies are informed to
ignore victims.
