Seemingly the administration in USA would not listen to the capitalist string pullers such as Soros. Are we seeing a the state being seperated from top elitists.

Soros has not notice what China as actually said maybe the smell of communism blocked of the his brain and China's words got scrambled. China said they pledge 40-45% and the need to buy the technology from the West.

Soros wants the developing world to take out loans is this because he is anti British (Proof Black Wednesday where his efforts devalued the pound by 10%))  and does not like George Brown.

Soros is or was the main capitalist elitist pulling Obama's and the democrate strings. It seems Obama is not allowing his strings to be pulled for Soros to have to go to Copenhagen?

What do you do if 192 governments are refusing to listen to your brilliant plan to save the world from devastation using financial sophistry?

Most 79-year-olds with such delusions of grandeur probably fire off a few garbled letters to 10 Downing Street, maybe put in some nuisance calls to the local newspaper and bore their MP rigid at weekly surgery sessions.

But if you’re George Soros, billionaire and speculator extraordinaire, you jump on plane and wing it to Copenhagen, before hastily convening a press conference telling international leaders why they ought to listen to your plans to mine the world’s gold reserves and abandon the conservative thinking of their economic advisers.[q]

This always interested me...
