Well it seems that the Philippines could be a jumping point for drugs of which I personal expect maybe for a Australian destination, here in the Philippines there is no market because its too expensive apparently it has a street value of US$2 Million.

A confused Mayor Rodrigo Duterte scratches his head after realizing the scope of the contraband intercepted by the police at a container yard in Km. 11, Sasa. To his right is Davao City Police Office director Sr. Supt. Ramon Apolinario briefing him prior to the press conference. JOSE G. DALUMPINES

AGENTS of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the police scored one of the biggest drug busts in the city’s history after intercepting P54.6-million worth of cocaine inside the two reefer vans at a private container yard in Km. 11 Sasa yesterday morning.
Mayor Rodrigo Duterte lauded members of the Sasa Police Precinct, Davao City Police Office and the PDEA-XI for the discovery of approximately 7.8 kilos of high-grade cocaine.
Speaking at a press briefing at the conference room of the Davao City Police Office, the mayor attributed the bust to the tip volunteered by an informant from the container yard who became suspicious of the “cement-like particles” coming out of a pack that got entangled on the reefer’s airconditioning system.
But Duterte said the contraband was intended for other countries since it is too expensive for local consumption.

Its being called the biggest drug bust ever in the Philippines 54 Million Pesos?
