Being harassed on different levels as a Targeted individual (Ti), includes being abused by the corporate's perpy tentacles - the consultants and ground staff.   I experienced extrememly bad service from Vodafone.

It took 3 weeks and 5 hours of speaking to consultants on the phone just trying to get my itemised billing account as I was quering my bill.  I eventually documented my complaint in a site in which bad service from suppliers can be reported.  I got a call from a consultant a few days later and he sent the info I was lookin for through to me immediatelySo why the loss of time, money, and energy across a three week span?

Bar the consultant who sent me the info immediately, the consultants I dealt with - and there were many as I was being shoved around from one department to the next and back again - were playing games with me.  I was told they can't hear me properly, they cut me off and they gave me conflicting info.

Basically, if you're a Ti, consultants (in this case Vodafone) have a licence to propagate perp activity.  They have no doubt received the go ahead from management.  I have many other examples of corporate perp activity, but I'll leave that for now.

I would also like to point out that as I'm writing this letter - it is 10.13pm on a Saturday evening, I received a call from Vodafone. I had just finished writing another  Vodafone letter, earlier on this afternoon and as I'd typed the heading in nowpublic, I received the phone call which cleared my query up.

What a coincidence, 2 calls from Vodafone at the exact same time as I'm writing my disgruntled letters about them!
