Anyone who thinks Drugs are harmless, Rehab is the answer, when temptation is everywhere for addicts should rethink their stance on our Lienient Drug Dealer Laws.
This story is about Francis Proulx, CrackHead Kidnap Murderer, with Multiple previous charges such as:
- Break and Enter
- Robbery
- Fraud
- Theft
- Drug Possession
Francis a Local Small town Crackhead you see has the above mentioned multiple convictions and lived amongst the outraged residents of this small farming town.
The recent discovery of a Grisly Kidnap Murder scene of a Young Mother of two infants, by the husband who was met by Blood Spattered walls inside the Family Home, had the citizens and Police instantly fingering this Local Crackhead. Why this Crackhead with multiple convictions allowed to walk free is our incompetent Justice system at work.
This Crackhead had taken the womens butchered and bloodied body 370 km away to be disposed of in an abandoned house, where Police discovered it.
The Kidnap and Brutal Murder of a young mother by a local Crackhead was known instantly as the grisly discovery came to the attention of the local police.
The Montreal Gazette reported the following quote"
"Francis Proulx was known to the local police detachment," Ross said. "We suspected him from the beginning."
Francis Proulx, on the other hand, is portrayed as a disturbed unemployed man who has a record for cocaine possession and robbery.
My Questions are many, but ones that come to mind are as follows:
If Police and the Townspeople instantly knew this Crack Addict was responsible, what does this say about our non existent laws and our mollycoddling of Addicts?
Why was this Addict with so many previous convictions, including violence allowed to live amongst any society?
Why is it Society is so complacent when it comes to Drugs and Addiction that it takes a Butchered Woman for the Public to open their eyes?
Opened eyes, that for the time being, others will go tsk, tsk, and then go about their daily lives forgetting this event and past Murderous events that are a Cancer in our Society?
Has Society been so Numbed by all the daily Violence, Rape, Murders and other crimes committed against society, that many it seems, feel it is just the "Price of doing Business" for Freedoms we currently enjoy as Canadians, in that if a few are killed that is acceptable?
Is it acceptable as Canadians feel it is a "Roll of the Dice", much like "Lottery Tickets" in that the Chances are one in a "Hundred Thousand" seems like pretty good odds in being affected by a criminal act?
Why is that once a Canadian who accepts these Odds is the First to Cry out for Justice when a loved one is Murdered?
Why is Society waiting for Crime to affect them personally before wanting Political Will to Change for them, when change and prevention should be made immediately before it strikes YOU ???
Perhaps the following answers should be put to Canadians!
Demand Laws be put in place to protect Society, deman Laws to incarcerate those who do us harm for Serious Crimes to have Serious Time!
Some may not Like the Three Strikes Law, but if this were in force in Canada, we would not be reading this Grisly story. If Canadians feel this is too harsh, then wait until you, your children or those close to you are no longer living on the face of this earth because of a Criminal, then perhaps like the Lottery, you may feel this would never happen to you!
Certainly this murdered young women, felt it would never happen to her in a small farming community where everybody knew everyone. What makes you think it will never happen to YOU?

RIVIERE-OUELLE, Que. - Francis Proulx spent most of his time tinkering with his pickup, playing on his computer and rarely rolled out of bed before the afternoon sun hit the small Quebec village of Riviere-Ouelle, says his neighbour.Rene Nadeau said he was stunned Sunday when provincial police arrested Proulx in the death of a provincial cabinet minister's aide, a woman who lived just around the corner.Proulx, 29, has been charged with first-degree murder in the killing of Nancy Michaud, 37, a well-liked resident who worked for Natural Resources Minister Claude Bechard. Both Proulx and Michaud grew up in the community about 140 kilometres northeast of Quebec City. Residents say they knew each other.
