Rwandan President Paul Kagame has praised the way China does business in Africa, criticising the West for basing relations with the continent on aid.

Huge Chinese investment in African companies and infrastructure is helping Africa develop, Mr Kagame said.

Annual trade between China and Africa is now worth more than $100bn (£63bn).

Chinese companies are active across Africa, but have been criticised by some in the West, who accuse Beijing of failing to promote good governance.

Chinese firms, many of them state-owned, regularly bid for major construction projects at costs which Western firms cannot match.

Is it interesting that China takes a stance on not getting involved in domestic issues, then to day USA is told off by China for getting involved in its domestic issues concerning Tibet. China is playing a game of global chess and is getting a power hold in Africa whilst US is loosing or never could get its foot completely in the door in Africa.

China is looking at the future if you help develop third world countries infrastructure then you gain new expanding markets for your own manufactured goods. China is looking out ward and investing in its future. Where as USA is looking inwards and trying to plug the holes and has not yet realized how crafty China was by attracting US businesses to supply cheaper Chinese goods to the US consumers. Last of all with the money earned from its craftiness to dominate the third world growing market place of which they are now giving a kick start.

Oil and Gas plus the minerals are of course part and parcel to the China-Africa deals

China makes friends with people...believe it or not. They are very good people, and very supportive, while not being greedy either. They consider the poor people and who and what they need in their lives. They do not take advantage of them, or treat them like the US treats people. America bases it premise on the cold tactics of law, while China basis its relationship on Guangxi...friendship..and family...and community. America is far away from truth and having its own culture...In fact America is known as the country who kills culture, who invades, and kills and tortures innocent people. In fact people in the world do not love America....they really fear America.....and they hate them.....

Think about the slavery issues, and the racial discrimination that still eminates in the US. IN many places in the US..they still argue about the Civil War. You think America really has any business in Africa? None. White America is totally alienated in working there. We are absorbed in Bruce Willis movies showing black terrorists killing white people, and so the terror and the war on terror becomes a convenient excuse to why America never goes into Africa...to promote the real humanistic side of America. We simply massage our heavy sweaty eyebrows.....with our threats backed up with its mighty Military Establishment. So the hate goes on. Even Obama is not really a Black American....he is totally disconnected to real Black America or the real Black nations in the world. He is only a show and tell gimmick. ..even Americans are fooled to believe they have the first black President in US history. It is quite untrue... Has he been to Africa yet? You think he would...instead he is absorbed in the war on terror....still breathing the fumes and tasting the blood left over from Bush...and being prompted to continue down the road to fight terror, and well if you forget Africa....well so what....right? Yes that's how they do and look at things...And Obama is the perfect Uncle Tom....but not really because he is not  really a Black American.

The truth is real..

USA has a lot to learn from China, it has to do the very same get involved in real improvement of infrastructure and creating jobs in the third world improve life styles of a budding new consumer market of your own making.

I am beginning to see the Chinese families business plan and its the perfect plan of we rub your back and you can later rub mine. USA could get left behind if it does not buck its ideas up. the Chinese are clever and very crafty. USA can not win and has one option only join hands with China and relearn learn capitalismn that it mixes well with social care not just at home but abroad.
