Florida never ceases to disappoint, does it? Just when the whole Miami zombie thing started to die down, a young gent Kelsey Smith offers us a crazy mugshot photo.

The crazy Florida mugshot shows Kelsey Smith being held still by officers as his mugshot is being taken. His tongue is out and his face appears be marked up.

According to reports, the Kelsey Smith mugshot came after police found the 29-year-old drunk behind the wheel of his car. As officers tried to take him away, he reportedly smashed his face against the car and spat blood on the officers.

The Kelsey Smith mugshot photo has gone viral, having popped up on various websites and was even mentioned by radio host Jim Rome.

Rome wrote on his Facebook page: "I want to stick up for the Sunshine State, but I can't defend Florida when their citizens are showing up like this. If I didn't know better, I'd think this freak got into the bath salts."
