What a tragic story.  I commend the author of this picture sequence in personalizing child abuse.  A face is needed to be placed in association with this epidemic.  Child abuse not only impacts the victim physically, but the emotional, psychological, and physiological scarring that remains will effect the afflicted for a lifetime.  As a survivor of child abuse, my heart wrenches to see another innocent victim succumb to the selfishness and cowardice of the abuser.  My heart goes out to you Cristian.  One day, the cycle of abuse will end.
