Current indictments, Electromagnetic Holocaust, and Letters

Again there are notices as there have been througout from 9-11 of the abuses that were reported by all whistleblowers, fired, and of the radiation as threatened would be committed on myself without rights. Millions of others around the country were affected.

the DA's, judges, across the country are fixing cases, throwing out cases, over 18 judges arrested in 2008 alone; and all based on radiation and microwave weapons, organized terrorism and racketeering, RICO crimes as in my own case.

Scrivener noted in "BUSH TORTURE MEMOS OK'ED RADIATION WEAPON USE - ON AMERICANS, TOO":

"Still-secret U.S. Justice Department memoranda are said to have been
used as legal cover for “hi-tech” torture techniques involving various
forms of electromagnetic radiation — pulsed-beam microwave radiation

including suspected irradiation, and psychological harassment, such as
vandalism of property, clothing and personal effects.

Victims charge that these crimes against humanity are not simply the
unfortunate byproduct of the "war on terror," but constitute a
purposeful genocide-politicide targeting innocent persons by labeling
them as "dissidents," "undesirables," "deviates" or "mental
defectives."

Because microwave radiation "directed energy" weapons are silent and
leave no traditional forensic evidence such as bullet casings, blood
splatter, or powder burns, this form of torture is even more
insidious, more potentially devastating, than anything described in
the memos already released."

And we are still being victimized in every single kind of way.

Today, I got an email on indictments coming, though we are still being victimized already in the processes, many processes of victimization illegally by state employees and persons who were already reported as the criminals in this and other cases.

If that means putting Donald Rumsfeld and Alberto Gonzales on the stand, even Dick Cheney, we are sure Americans can handle it. " [clip end]

My letter to President Obama, as the cycle of abuses still continue and the DA's, the state agents are still in actions in motion of crime as they were told to do, along with Eric Griffin, another victim.

Dear President Obama:

I am a victim of organized terrorism, still to present, illegally using state employees on myself for reporting their crimes; federal felonies of fabrications on myself for reporting the crimes, over two hours of interrogative threats to set up this radiation and terrorism on myself, using stalking, implants which are on video, by one Dee Arpino (the crime family interrogator prior to 9-11), Eleana Meyers, acting with the Meyers crime family in all areas of radiation, labs, colleges, energy department, military grants with these weapons, military agents, as she did with her; with the Arpino crime family and Genovese crime family under Bush and Cheney; she threatened every single crime as which they are still committing illegally; they used voice to skull, like a tornado hitting the ear, stalking, threats, threats to blow myself up, having taken all educational material, and defamation daily (Under Cheneys orders to use agents for this) through and to all agencies; they refuse to stop their crimes right now, using state employees to continue fabrications on myself and all of this was threatened [to be done by Arpino]. They have used nerve gases, radiation,chemicals to extreme levels over 7 years during such crimes, stalking,
and threats as threatened would be done to me by Arpino in an illegal interrogative threat prior to 9-11, all without rights. Arpino threatened me that she was going to get hate crimes, and hide behind the Roman Catholic Church and all other groups as they did for their hate crimes while using these weapons (they also used neo nazis and skinheads as military agents along with drug gangs). They have taken every dime, through spying, sent me e-mails stating 'your bank account is linked to terrorism' and stalked me at the bank. They extorted over 350,000 putting me near death and the body nearly shutting down on many days. They forced me to sign a loan to pay twice the amount for our mortgage to cover loans not my own and by one who had no memory, as the Genovese operated loan companies called him for loans knowing
he was diagnosed with 'chemical damage' and it was all premeditated.They have currently illegally locked me up for reporting their crimes again, and continue illegal acts, predicate acts of using state employees on me-- still. They drugged me with very heavy drugs, and then
put me on other drugs after this to counteract what they drugged me with, and continue as threatened by Arpino, to use fake psychiatry allof whom know of their crimes. Arpino threatened they would use fake psychiatry (in her 2000 interrogative threats to get this terrorism money) and they would get this terrorism under Bush on myself and family. They attempted kidnapping, and she threatened me that she would do the same as done to my neighbor and babysitter, locking them down in fake psych wards and threatening them over their kids, whichEleana meyers of the Meyers crime family, illegally, and while the state of Delaware, Dept. of Health and Human Services Director and others, is underinvestigation for murder, fake psychiatry, murderous psychiatrist;, Eleana Meyers fabricated illegally lies, defamation for reporting their crimes. They continue crimes on me, and Eleana Meyers knew of her own crimes, just as Arpino, questioned myself over 8 years earlier of her own crimes with Genovese on  us when she interrogatively threatened and set up fabrications to have meterrorized and radiated in 2000. They attempted kidnapping on my son,and continued to present using drug gangs as threats, and as police.

They committed spying long before the setting up of these crimes, and all during the crimes. They committed threats while stalking. Like Eric Griffin, these are holocaust crimes and while notices appear each day on these microwave weapons, and all abuses, we had to continue suffering such gross, inhumane crimes on the body and in the body by these weapons and still they are committing crimes on us.While Bush may be investigated, and Cheney is handed down indictments,we need reparitions to these crimes and for them to stop, we need support for protection as they continue. As Eric Griffin noted, all who the crimes were reported to, from 2001, had the chance to stop such crimes, and help in any way, or form, yetthey did not, and in fact, these in charge of the crimes, continued committing more crimes for reporting them. The larger criminals inthis case, being the Meyers family, Meyers acting with all radiationlabs, energy department, an their own oversight, across the country inHealth and Human Services, need to be indicted.

When I file my case, as I was terrororized, traumatized to the body,with over 150 times any 'felt' level of radiation and chemicalassaults; I ask President Obama to seek maximum indictments and to stop this assassination of law and to uphold rights (to uphold justice) of the citizens once more.

Again, Eric Griffin also had his child kidnapped through many different fabrications, fabrications to use weapons on him, fabrications to continue stalking him, fabrications with state employees to lock him up, fabrications to agents, employees, anyone they feel, and any acts without rights of the victim; is what they continue simply operating on.
