Cyprus' foreign minister said a ship detained at a port in the country has been found to breach a UN Ban on Iranian arms exports.

But Markos Kyprianou has refused to specify what weapons were found on the Cypriot-flagged Monchegorsk, which US Officials suspect was delivering arms to Gaza's Hamas rulers. Kyprianou said Tuesday Cyprus will decide what to do with the cargo once the search is completed. Cyprus has ruled

out returning the shipment to Iran. (AP)
