Judge Virginia Phillips Has Ordered the U.S. Military to Stop Enforcing the Don't Ask, Don't Tell Policy

In regards to the DADT policy the Judge has ordered the military to 'immediately to suspend and discontinue any investigation, or discharge, separation or other proceeding, that may have commenced under the 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell.'.
