More and more supermarkets get the target of determined thiefs. The first report Dangerous Supermarkets was about France. The II report is about a UK supermarket, a brave shopper wanted to stop the thief. Faster reaction than in french case.

A brave young shopper was shot in the leg when he tried to thwart an armed robbery that left a security guard critically ill.

The armed raiders ambushed Group 4 security guards as they were refilling a cash machine at a Tesco superstore at 7.30am today, and soon opened fire.

One of the guards was shot in the leg - and a 23-year-old man in the supermarket at the time received the same treatment when he rushed outside to help.
