The Brazilian family of Sean Goldman, a nine-year-old boy in the middle of an international custody battle, says it will fight with the boy's father David Goldman for custody rights again. Previously, it was reported that Sean Goldman's Brazilian family did not plan to file any appeals to regain the custody of the boy. The family's lawyers said Sean Goldman's Brazilian family wants to request that the boy makes his wishes known in court.

Sean Goldman was reunited with his American father David Goldman on Christmas Eve after Sean was kidnapped by Goldman's ex-wife Bruna Bianchi five years ago. Sean and David Goldman are now on vacation at Disney World in Florida. David Goldman has recently admitted that Sean has not called him "Dad" yet. He also said he would never understand Sean's Brazilian family for launching the custody battle against him. Meanwhile, Sean's Brazilian relatives say they can't get in touch with the boy ever since he left for the United States. They say Sean left them messages, but they can't get through to him. The boy's stepfather is allegedly planning to visit the boy in the United States.

Desperate people waging a desperate but unwinnable war. Sean is back in the US and if granny keeps it up she may lose whatever visitation he decides to give her. And Lins e Silva should be arrested if he steps foot on American soil. He is a bigoted, lying, stealing, child abusing (parental alienation is abuse) narcissistic, pathetic no balls, two dollar whoreman.
