David Icke suggests that the prevailing Globalization agenda, and the "War on Terror" have been orchestrated to lead up to an elite-planned World War III toward an "Orwellian" Global Totalitarian society. David Icke also suggests that World Wars I and II were also associated with a corresponding elite agenda.

David Icke, Dr. Micheal Salla and Dr. John Lash's accounts of the ancient Pagan Gnostics have also documented a corresponding agenda linked to Manipulative Extraterrestrial interference against national political systems of Earth, and against human free will in general. This interference allegedly included the establishment of organized religions, and orchestrations of militarism and racism which has been designed to '"divide an conquer" Earthbound humanity.

David Icke refers to the objective of a planned World War III is to instigate a "centralized global structure" after an orchestrated "Final Conflict". Other researchers have made a link to a planned World War III desinged to coincide with the Mayan Calendar cited 'Year 2012'.

Well, obviously the first World War was "associated with a corresponding elite agenda". Has anyone ever doubted that?* And since World War II picked up where the first one lest off, I'd say this is an accurate, if slightly misleading statement.

*In case you are history illiterate, the first World War was orchestrated by European Royals who were all blood-related through the court of Queen Victoria. Millions died to settle scores between dysfunctional cousins.
