day 36 of toronto garbage strike

Day 36 of the Toronto garbage strike: This morning as I was listening to the radio about the city and the striking workers had reached a settlement , I heard the unmistaken sound of the garbage truck outside. I was exicted perhaps,the garbage workers had back to work already but I was disappointed. As it turned out, the building next to my studio, a non-profit, low income building owned by the city has its garbage pick up by private garbage collector! Who said life is fair.
