Daylight savings time change happens tonight in Canada and the US, so residents will get an extra hour of rest when they turn their clocks back.
Standard time kicks in at 2am on Sunday morning.
This means that from now on, the days will be shorter and the darkness longer. Many fire officials also recommend taking this time to change the batteries in your smoke detector.

This a strange thing in the world. I doubt if we save any energy.
All over the world people are resetting all their clocks two times a year. That costst a lot of energy too.
