Washington, DC – Happy Festivus or the equivalent! The Adams Morgan Neighborhood has dedicated 3 of 4 sides of an outdoor community bulletin board to holiday “Airings of Grievances”.

Festivus was popularized by the 1997 Seinfeld episode “The Strike.”
