Washington, DC – A Murray Hill tour bus from Quebec blocked a fire hydrant on Connecticut Avenue creating a safety hazard for the nearby National Zoo and highrise residents of the historic Kennedy-Warren. The driver appears to be asleep at the wheel.

Even with the weak US dollar, Canadian tourists can't afford to pay for legal/safe parking and a bed for their driver?
