Washington, DC - On this Friday the 13th the interesection of Connecticut Avenue and Albemarle Street was the scene of a rush-hour fender bender with a broken bumper and at least 1 flat tire. Metropolitian Police, Uniformed Secret Service along with DC Fire and EMS kept the streets open and safe for afternoon commuters.
