DC Death: Connecticut Ave Hit and Run

Washington, DC - An elderly woman was killed by a hit-and-run driver at the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Nebraska Avenue before 7 am this morning. nbc4.com reports that a confused driver in his late 70's turned himself in to police later in the morning.
