Washington, DC - As of 3pm today, hundreds of anti-war protesters had amassed in the rain at the intersection of Connecticut Avenue, 17th Street and K Street. Metropolitan Police Department Officers were out in force but were not trying to disperse the demonstrators. Bystanders lingered to see what would happen.
