Washington, DC - Repairs are underway for a sinkhole that formed today on the 2800 block of Ellicott Street, NW.  The DC Fire Department and DDOT are keeping the scene safe.

From Alert DC:

A water main has broken in 2800 block of Ellicott St NW, resulting in a sinkhole in 3000 block of Ellicott. 30 homes without water in area. WASA and DDOT on scene to assist residents arriving home.
