Washington, DC – A Friday morning water main break on Porter Street south of Connecticut Avenue limited East-West traffic as DC WASA contractors repaired the damage. Workers excavated a site in the eastbound lane adjacent to the construction site for Chinese Embassy worker housing. Across the street 2 high rises advertising available apartments were without water, Quebec House and 2501 Porter Street.
