DC Rock Creek Car Accident: Two Bodies Found in Overturned Car

Two bodies were found in an overturned car in a frozen creek. A Washington DC fire spokesman Pete Piringer said the car was found in the Rock Creek area, South of P Street NW. A passerby spotted a tire sticking out from the creek. The identity of the bodies are yet to be released.
Conflicting reports have emerged about the victim(s). AP reported 2 people were found dead in the car. WUSA9 reported "a body of an adult white male between 18 and 30 years of age" was found, not two. WTOP reported the one man found is not dead but in grave condition.

A Park Police official said that rescue crews wearing protective gear went into the frigid water to recover the body of an adult white male between 18 and 30 years of age.
Initially, authorities said the man was found dead, but now say the man is in grave condition.
