A Vladivostok Air Airbus A320-200, flight XF-486 from Khabarovsk to Vladivostok (Russia), had completed the flight without obvious incident and was undergoing post flight inspection, when the body of an unknown young male was discovered in the bay of the left hand main landing gear.
Airbus A-320 bound for Russia’s Khabarovsk and Vladivostok landed at the airport of Vladivostok, the Far East of Russia, on Sunday, at about 10:00 a.m. When passengers disembarked from the plane, technicians stated their regular inspection. They were shocked to see a hand hanging out from the hull of the jetliner. The police found the body of a man in the left wheel-well of the landing gear.
“It is the body of a male who looks like a 20 or 25-year-old man. He was found in the niche of the left landing gear unit. The position of his body was natural, which means that the man climbed into the unit himself. Most likely, he died of frostbite and shortage of oxygen during the flight. Forensic experts said that he had died five days before the body was found,” a police officer said.
The A-320 plane, in which the dead body was found, has made a number of stops at the airports of Niigata, Beijing, Seoul, Khabarovsk, Irkutsk and Vladivostok during those five days. However, the free-rider has not been found in any of the above-mentioned airports. The crew of the plane reported no malfunctions either. According to autopsy the young man had died 5 days earlier because of hypothermia and lack of oxygen. It has not yet been determined, how the man got into there. Authorities say, that the position of the body suggests a stowaway, however investigations are done in all directions.
{Interesting isn't it? How could a man possibly climb into the wheel well of an aircraft? Before taking off an aircraft the captain and the first officer makes a complete go around how come they didn't find anything strange? from days we are getting different news about airbus aircrafts tecnical and mechanical failures, but now even dead bodies are going for a free ride with airbus aircrafts unnoticed for 5 days. Very Surprising?????}
