Deaf School Children Caught on Camera having Sex on School bus

A shocking case in Hamilton County, Fishers, Indiana has parents baffled when a 13 years old boy is caught on a school bus camera having sex with an 8-years old girl. However after announcing charges the case was dropped by the police, even if the family of the girl is insisting it is rape.
