Indonesia's Mount Merapi erupted with renewed ferocity killing another 39 people in a shroud of smoke and ash.
Now, more than 80 people are dead and 75,000 people are forced to evacuate after ten days of eruptions.
Mount Merapi, on the outskirts of Yogyakarta city in Central Java, began spewing deadly clouds of ash and superheated gas last week.
Indonesia is also dealing with the aftermath of a tsunami in the remote Metanwai islands off Sumatra last week that killed at least 431.
