It is now well publicized that on Wednesday 30 July 2008, Vince Li, a resident of Edmonton on a Greyhound Bus travelling through a desolate part of the Tans-Canada Highway, perpetrated a savage and apparently totally unprovoked attack against 22-year old Winnipeg resident Tim Mclean. It may be tempting for us as human beings to "mentally file" such incidents as a random act of savagery by a madman or psycho.
