This idiot is disabled due to his mother's illicit drug use while he was in the womb and he tries to use that disability to get off a heroin smuggling conviction.  Only in Canada you say?

Man with no hands should get jail for heroin smuggling: Crown  Victoria Times ColonistOctober 15, 2009

A Victoria man with no hands who ingested $204,000 worth of heroin and smuggled it into Canada three years ago should not be allowed to walk away with impunity because of his disability, federal prosecutor Dirk Ryneveld argued Thursday in B.C. Supreme Court.

"You had to swallow 85 different pellets of heroin," Ryneveld reminded drug courier Terry Bazzani on the first day of the two-day sentencing hearing.

"You had 85 times to think about what you were doing and you decided to take the risk."

Bazzani, 39, testified that his multiple disabilities, which include an abnormality of his mouth, no hands, shortened arms and a partial left foot with fused toes, were the result of his mother taking illicit drugs.

Please review the instructions on the Highlight Tool Page.

"Although Highlight is a powerful tool to quote from external sources and link back to them, NowPublic does not condone plagiarism and encourages its members to add their own original content – in the form of a written introduction or additional written commentary — to Highlighted stories. NowPublic encourages members to stick to the 50/50 rule : a ratio of 50% original content to 50% quoted text . Entirely Highlighted posts will not be recommended and may be flagged as Needs Improvement."

At a very minimum we ask for 20% commentary, 80% Highlight. There is too much Highlight here.
