Dequeen Woman arrested for Fraud - Selling Cookie Dough

A woman in Dequeen Arkansas was arrested for selling cookie dough that didn't even exist!! But, it gets worse.

Police say 25 year old Julie Owen told people that the money would go towards a military homecoming for soldiers returning from Iraq.

The woman managed to scam about 20 people and collect about $500. She's been charged with 19 counts of misdemeanor theft.
