Detained Pakistani judges get freedom

ISLAMABAD, March 24: A large number of Pakistanis rushed to the Judges Colony here Monday evening as the administration removed immediately after ascertainment of new prime minister in the National Assembly barricades from the road leading to the residences of the Supreme Court judges.


The judges of the Supreme Court were under house arrest since they refused to express allegiance to President Pervez Musharraf when he imposed emergency on November 3, 2007.
