Relativeness as to change is either Direct or Indirect however the latter usually involves going through failure firstly in order to justify change in a round-about way that negates "U" turns. What effect does "Indirect change" have on people, Societies and a Country itself  in always been faced-off with constant failure in a sea of "spin", leaked documents and no accountability?.
