In speaking about the presidential race, Ann Romney says "it's time for the grown-up to come . . ."
One who is not an adult is a child, and a male child is a boy. . .
Ann Romney, the aspiring first lady, is calling the current president, a boy!
Then she completes the racial image by contrasting the inferential "boy," with the designation for her husband as "the man."
So, according to Ann Romney, President Obama is a boy, and her husband is the man . . .
Looks like Ann and Mitt are taking race talking lessons because, there's no way they came up with this on their own.

my comment was made in reference to some ignorant diatribe by someone calling themselves "to pssst" which as been censored/removed after several days.

I called for it to be removed because it is so offensive, but in retrospect, I'm sorry I did because the significance of your response is lost without it, and I missed the opportunity to use it as an example of the behavior of a racist "anxiety, that is generally manifested by rage, and behavior that is designed to humiliate, coerce, demean, isolate, punish, or otherwise diminish . . ."
In this case, the idea that Ann Romney could be held to a standard in her racial behavior enraged this person.
The racist used sexual explicit images, intended to demean. Kind of like what Fluke experienced respecting a gender issue.

" I missed the opportunity to use it as an example of the behavior of a racist " how in the hell does writing a comment filled with abusive homoerotic imagery equate to racism??
RACISM: a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
“I’m not a political pundit so I’m not going to be able to really answer that,” Romney said about the GOP’s gender gap. “But I will tell you what I’m hearing from women across the country right now. I'm hearing from so many women that may not have considered voting for a Republican before that said, it's time for the grown-up to come, the man that's going to take this very seriously and take the future of our children very seriously.” Ann Romney on CNN with Candy Crowley
That's the full quote from the LA Times that you use to fraudulently label Mrs. Romney a racist. There is nothing racial said in this comment by Mrs. Romney to be angry about. That you are working so terrible hard to create this issue reflects badly on you and what lies in your own heart.
What Mrs. Romney does, is imply [that President Obama is not a mature adult capable of handling the nation’s considerable economic problems.][snip from LA Times] Debate that. Crying racism only makes you look a complete jack azz.

I respectfully disagree. In my opinion, the Romney's are using language designed to trigger racial attitudes and ideas so that people will behave in a consistent manner toward the president. It's like when a person says, "Oh I forgot, William didn't go to private school," to remind their upper class associates that William is not one of them.
